Visit the Blue Mosque from the 17th century, the Hippodrome Square where ancient chariot races used to be held, Hagia Sophia, the famous church of divine wisdom from the 6th century, Topkapi Palace, the main residence of the Ottoman sultans. After the tour departure to the airport for the flight to Izmir. Overnight in Izmir.<br /> DAY 2 <br /> Early departure from the hotel for the ancient city of Ephesus, the capital of the Asian province of the Roman Empire. It was one of the biggest cities of the ancient world with its temples, baths, agoras, odeon, theatre and library. Continue to Pamukkale. Ovenight in Pamukkale.<br /> DAY 3<br /> Visit the ancient city of Hieropolis to see the biggest necropolis of the ancient world and the travertines, where nature formed surrealistic lagoons down the mountain side over a period of 5 million years. Continue to Cappadocia. On the way visit the Monastery of the Whirling Dervishes in Konya. Overnight in Cappadocia.<br /> DAY 4<br /> Departure from the hotel for the full day tour in Cappadocia. Visit the underground city of Kaymakli, the fortress at Uchisar, Goreme Open Air Museum and the pottery making town of Avanos. Continue to Kayseri for the flight to Istanbul.
